2019 was a huge year for us and we were aiming to have an even bigger impact this year. In the first part of 2020 we planned to deliver more training modules to get more candidates Board ready and applying for leadership roles. We wanted to shift the conversation about equality, diversity and inclusion in the South West into meaningful action and we were aiming to get you where you wanted to be.
Due to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic we have instead been given a chance to look more closely at our aims and ambitions and to consider how we can best keep working for our current and future candidates.
