As a key member of the team, you will drive the delivery and development of the creative offer, ensuring that young people are at the heart of everything they do.

Operating across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, they offer a diverse range of services, including youth clubs, targeted support, and a variety of creative courses and activities. The organisation believes in using creativity as a tool for empowerment and social change, providing young people with transformative experiences and opportunities to express themselves.
The Role:
As the Head of Creative, you’ll be at the forefront of their mission, leading the development and delivery of their innovative programmes and initiatives. Working as a member of the Senior Management Team, you’ll shape strategic direction, ensuring young people remain central to their creative endeavours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership, collaborating closely with the Senior Management Team.
- Lead the development and delivery of the creative offer, including alternative learning programmes and youth voice initiatives.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and secure funding to sustain their mission and expand reach.
- Mentor and support staff, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and regulations, prioritising the welfare and safety of young people.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for youth empowerment and creativity.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, partnership development, and fundraising.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, projects, and teams effectively.
- Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery.
