Why were you interested in attending BeOnBoard’s training events?
I had been considering utilising my skills to support other organisations for a while and looking to gain more experience through a broader outlook as a non-executive Board member. Attending the “Developing your Board CV” training was thoroughly insightful.
What did you learn from the training?
Before attending the training, I generally felt that my CV was already at a decent standard but was keener on the networking opportunity. The Developing your Board CV training session turned out to be most gripping, eye opening course I have ever attended. It turned out my CV was not as good as I thought from the perspective of non-executive Board member roles.
