Ensuring we have diversity at every level of Watershed is really important to us, so we were delighted to work with BeOnBoard to help cultivate applications for our first open call for trustees. We were impressed with the speed and depth of the work they did, and the candidates they put forward were passionate, motivated and had highly appropriate skills and experience – I thoroughly recommend working with them.
