2021 marks the charity’s 80th year providing supported housing and social care in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Somerset. Now, Brunelcare is seeing a Finance Trustee as it looks to the future and new strategies.
It’s a crucial time for Brunelcare. As the charity responds to the Coronavirus pandemic and plans its recovery, the provision of care and support for some of the most vulnerable people in our society is now more important than ever.
As it looks to the future with the development of a new asset management strategy and wider organisational strategy, Brunelcare seeks to complement the skills and experience of the existing board with:
- 1 x qualified accountant who is an experienced Finance Director
The successful applicant will have a skill set that is blended, balancing a strategic
outlook with a passion for providing the best possible care and support for older people.
Brunelcare seek to create an ‘unlike minded board’ reflecting true diversity and warmly welcomes applicants who will bring a range of skills and experiences.
With board and committee meetings your time commitment will equate to around 8 hours per month including preparation time, training and other events.
