For over 35 years 1625 Independent People (1625ip) has worked with young people who are homeless, leaving care or at risk of homelessness in Bristol and the South West. As well as providing safe, stable accommodation, 1625ip provides practical and emotional support to ensure vulnerable young people can build healthy relationships, develop independent living skills and can access jobs and training.

About the roles

2022 is set to be a busy year for 1625ip with plans to improve current properties, young people’s space, community use and working environment and to increase the organisation’s property ownership. In order to develop and carry out these strategies for the year ahead, 1625ip are looking to recruit 2 x Trustees with the following skills and experience:

  • 1 xTrustee – Asset Management
  • 1 xTrustee – Project & Organisational Budgeting
